Automotive Instruments, their maintenance and calibration will be the topic of conversation at the club monthly meeting. Rodger Howard of Howard Instruments, West Heidelberg, will share with us the experience of their business of maintaining and repairing the instruments and clusters for a wide range of vehicles including Peugeots. He will talk about imperial to metric speedo conversions, the supply of custom made speedo cables to fit Peugeots and the successful fitting of after-market instruments to vehicles. He will also share with us his experience of fitting necessary instrumentation to rally cars including a range of Haldas, for which he has a wide range of spare parts. The meeting will offer members a great opportunity to learn from one of the experts in automotive instrumentation in Victoria. There will be a BYO barbecue before the meeting at 7 pm and supper after the meeting.
