Brought to you by the Peugeot Car Club of Victoria
Because the lockdown has forced the postponement of the 2021 French Car Festival, the Peugeot Car Club of Victoria is running a Virtual Concours d’Elegance for members of the clubs that normally participate in the live event.
Each club will nominate the classes for which it will provide a prize or certificate. (PCCV will provide a prize/certificate for every model where more than two entries are received.)
Up to 10 points will be awarded for each section: interior, exterior and engine bay. (PCCV will also add a bonus of one point for each five years of the car’s age to give the older cars a balance. Other clubs might consider doing this too when judging their vehicles.)
Members are to submit their entry and photos to their own club for judging. When each club has judged its cars, photos of the best, second and third best cars are forwarded to the PCCV, and awards will be announced. These photos will be displayed on the PCCV website at pccv.org for everyone to view.
PCCV will also provide a prize for the overall car of the show, which will be judged by a committee consisting of a representative nominated by each club. Each representative will be asked to nominate one car, from any club except their own.
Here’s how to enter:
1. Provide recent photos of each of these aspects of your treasured car*
Photo 1 – The right side and front from 45º
Photo 2 – The left side and rear from 45º
Photo 3 – The engine bay
Photo 4 – The interior
*All photos to be landscape format.
Here’s a sample of what the four photos would look like:
2. Email your photos, with the following details to concours@pccv.org
• Your name
• Contact number and/or email address
• The club you belong to (one only)

The PCCV plans to have the results available by early November.
