12 July is the centenary of Peugeot’s win in the 1913 French Grand Prix, held at Amiens in northern France. The winner was Georges Boillot, with Jules Goux second. Both drove Peugeot EX3 race cars. Boillot had won the 1912 event in a Peugeot L76, and Goux won the 1913 Indianapolis 500 in an EX3.
