Message from Nick Wright: Hi all, looking for a heavy rigid truck driver with a couple of free days to take a truck loaded with donated goods to Wandella NSW, near Cobargo. Our son Keith lost his house and everything in the bushfire on new year’s eve. He’s keen to get back to start rebuilding–first thing is to set up irrigation to try to save the few crops that escaped. The truck will be loaded and ready to go by Monday. Any volunteers? It’s an interesting drive, the only open route is via the Hume to Yass, then Canberra, Cooma, Bemboka and Cobargo.
