A reminder that the club’s AGM is on 6 November. Members who do not attend can vote by appointing a proxy to vote on their behalf. The appointment of a proxy must be in writing and signed by the member making the appointment. This must be presented to the chairman of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting.
