PCCV Slippery Dip
Slippery Dip
Sunday 16th November
The club has a long standing tradition of running the ‘Slippery Dip’ event at Jeff Gill’s picturesque Millgrove property.
In this untimed driving event various courses are set up on ‘low-traction’ grassy areas of the property and the task is to get your car along the courses, which may involve sharp turns and elevation changes, as far as possible without losing traction or until no further forward progress is possible. A series of challenging courses will be set by Zac Edwards on the day to test your driving skills. It’s a great day out for the whole family, its low key, involves careful slow driving, does not require a competition licence and its free to enter. So come and have a crack at the slippery dip!
The gate will be opened at 10am and the fun will start at 11am, there will be a pause for lunch at 1pm. This event is open to all PCCV and other club members, and any car makes are welcome.
Directions. When you cross the Yarra and start climbing, you will see signs to direct you. If you are bringing a car on a trailer, please ring Jeff he will direct you to an alternative entry.
