November Yoyage Petit
17 November 2013 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Voyage Petit to the backblocks of the Mornington Peninsula
Sunday 17 November
Come and drive the lesser-known roads of the Mornington Peninsula. Many of these roads are gravel but suitable for all Peugeots. I have driven them all in my 406 but don’t forget that if it has been dry it may be a bit dusty and if we have had rainfall in the previous week it may be a little muddy, so it’s probably best to keep the concours cars in the shed.
Meeting time – 10am for coffee 10.30 departure.
Meeting place – Barmah Park Winery Mooroduc Highway Mornington.
How to get there – Travel on new Peninsula Link Freeway. Take Exit 18 Mornington/Tyabb. Turn right and drive back over the freeway to Mornington. Travel 3.3km to a roundabout on the Mooroduc Highway. Turn left at roundabout. Travel 800 metres and turn in when you see the red tractor.
Lunch will be in Flinders. After lunch we will drive towards Rosebud, where you will have the choice of driving home on the freeway or along the beach, back through Safety Beach and Mornington.
Please contact Hank verwoert1@bigpond.com or 9783 2718 if you are going to attend.
