SUMMARY:February Club Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Meetings are held on the first Friday of every month (except January) at the VDC Clubrooms\, Unit 8\, 41-49 Norcal Road\, Nunawading (Melway 48 G10)\, commencing at 8pm. Visitors are most welcome. \nWe will start the first club meeting of the year with a BYO BBQ @ Chateau Peugeot on Friday February 5 starting @ 6.30pm. \nThe meeting will start 8.00pm \nOur guest speaker this month is Ashley Piper from LED Technologies who will talk about the wide range of after- market LED lamps that are available and he will bring some samples for members to examine. \nTheir range of LED’s includes the following: \n\nLicence Plate Lamps \nCombination Lamps \nFront Indicator / Daytime Running \nSide Indicator \nDriving / Head Lamps \nLight Bars \nExterior Lamps \nReflectors

SUMMARY:Torquay Motor Show
DESCRIPTION:Once again the club is supporting the Torquay Motor Show\, which is held on the foreshore at the end of Zeally Bay Road. There are plenty of eateries just across the street or you can buy food and drinks from the Rotary van inside the grounds. \nIt’s a great family day\, with a friendly atmosphere\, and the Rotary Club of Torquay uses the proceeds to support local charities. \nWe always try to arrive in a group so we can park together\, so please gather at the car park of the Surf Coast Shire Council building\, just as you hit the 80kmh speed limit\, by 9.15am. We will then drive to the display area in convoy. Admission is $15 per car\, no matter how many people are inside. \nThere are plenty of trophies given out\, some of which have been won by PCCV members in past years. \nIf you plan to come\, please notify Paul Watson on 0427 203 206 by 1 February.
