SUMMARY:George Woods Novice Rally
DESCRIPTION:A fun\, affordable rally for novice competitors \nThe Sbaru Parts George Woods Novice Rally incorporating the Rookies Ramble on Saturday 5th April 2014\, starts and finishes in Powelltown: \n• is designed as an introduction to rally/trialling for competitors with little or no experience \n• uses the best roads in the Yarra State forest area\, suitable for a sensibly driven road car \n• costs only $120 to enter\, good value for around 100 km of competitive sections \n• has navigation by route charts and simple map reading with many\, many “Wrong Way Go Back” boards \n• has times set to be achievable without the need to break the road laws – provided no navigation errors are made \n• is aimed at new competitors; only Grade F (Rookie) and Grade E (Novice) crews are eligible for Rookies Ramble awards; Other crews may compete and are eligible for George Woods awards\, so long as one crew member is Grade E or Grade F \n• encourages family crews\, lady crews and young competitors to participate. \nSupplementary Regulations are on www.vicrally.com.au and (hopefully) your club website. SUMMARY:Voyage Petite “Cricket and the Mountains”
DESCRIPTION:This motoring and sporting adventure will assemble at the new BP-McDonalds centre on the east side of Epping Road at Wollert at 9.30 am for a 10 am departure\, Melway reference 182  B 5. \nWe will travel on some interesting country lanes firstly to Pheasant Creek for morning tea/coffee at “Flying Tarts” and then on via Flowerdale to the Hume and Hovell Oval at Strath Creek for a  picnic or barbecue (BYO food and drinks). SUMMARY:Peugeot Easter Pageant – Queensland
DESCRIPTION:Easter 2014 Peugeot Pageant at Boonah\, Qld\nFriday 18th – Monday 21st April 2014 \nThis year’s Pageant will be held at Boonah in the Scenic Rim\, approximately one hour south of Brisbane and one hour west of the Gold Coast. \nIt is a fantastic region to explore\, with great scenery and wineries\, and other tourist attractions\, and it would make for shorter travelling times. \nActivities include the usual Concours\, Driving Skills and Observation/ Navigation Run\, and also extra activities and entertainment\, including Rocker Cover Racing. \nThe Outlook venue was chosen as it provided for absolutely every aspect required for a Peugeot Pageant: great accommodation and dining plus Driving Skills facilities\, and the added bonus of being able to wash your cars on site before the concours! \nExtension for Pageant Registrations to 21 March \nThe final date for registration has been extended by 3 weeks to Friday 21 March which will give you extra time to get your registrations in. Final payments will still be due by 5 April so exact figures for catering can be given. \nPageant Guest Speaker \nJohn Wright\, a motoring journalist with Unique Cars\, has been confirmed as the guest speaker for the 2014 Pageant Presentation dinner. His most recent book is titled My Other Wife is a Car – confessions of a car tragic. John also researched and wrote Peugeot in Australia.
