SUMMARY:Voyage Petit to SW Gippsland
DESCRIPTION:The August Voyage Petit will start from Wheelers Hill. Our first stop is the Light Horse and Field Artillery Museum at Nar Nar Goon. The museum is dedicated\, in part\, to the roles of animals in war\, including horses\, donkeys\, mules\, dogs\, birds and camels. The museum will provide a guide to lead us on a tour of the displays\, both indoors and outside\, and will provide morning tea and coffee at an inclusive price of $8 a head. If you want to know more about the museum\, go to www.lighthorsemuseum.com.au \nFollowing the tour of the museum\, we will travel south mostly via secondary roads to the Gippsland Wine Company’s cellars at The Gurdies\, on the Bass Highway near Lang Lang for lunch.
